Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains what ASTRA collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name and email, when you sign up.
- Your password, stored only as a secure one-way hash. Nobody, including us, can read it.
- Your practice data: answers, quiz results, mistakes and saved questions, so we can show your progress.
- Feedback and question reports you send us.
- For purchases: the plan, amount, date and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your practice history and progress.
- To give you access to the plan you bought.
- To send emails you ask for, such as a password-reset link.
- To fix problems and improve questions, using combined statistics such as the share of students who got a question right.
We don't sell your data or show ads.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- Our hosting, database and email providers, only to run the service.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
